Summary of the Role
The Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles. They ensure that cars, trucks, and other vehicles are in good working condition, meeting safety standards, and are available for use as needed. The coordinator works closely with mechanics, inventory suppliers, and management to schedule regular maintenance, handle unforeseen repairs, and manage maintenance records.

Manage relationships with repair shops, parts suppliers, and other vendors
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
Manage maintenance budget and control costs
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
