Summary of the Role
As an intermediate Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing advanced patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting, helping individuals to regain mobility and improve their strength and conditioning after injury, surgery, or due to chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients to create and implement therapy plans that suit their specific rehabilitation needs, cooperate with other healthcare professionals, and potentially supervise junior therapists or assistants.

Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist.

Proven ability to create and follow through with patient treatment plans.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation software.
Capabilities in supervising and training Physical Therapist Assistants and junior staff.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal recovery goals.
Develop and implement specialized treatment plans based on patient assessments and physician recommendations.
Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to treat injuries and alleviate pain.
Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and preventive practices to avoid future injuries.
Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants and junior therapists.
