Summary of the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. You will also manage clients' accounts, resolve any issues that arise, and work closely with other departments to retain clients over the long term.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
Research key customer wants and needs.
Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants.
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
Serve as the contact point for key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
Monitor budget with the team and other financial metrics related to account management.
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
