Summary of the Role
The Diversity Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating training initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. They will collaborate with the human resources team and various departments to implement strategies that enhance cultural competence and create an inclusive workplace environment.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding employment practices and diversity requirements.
Responsibilities
Assess the organization's training needs in relation to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Design, develop, and implement diversity training programs and workshops.
