Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
Lead regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Analyze inventory levels and turnover to forecast future stock needs
Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse departments to optimize inventory control
Manage and mentor a team of inventory staff to achieve department objectives
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory quality or delivery
Report on inventory activities and variances to senior management
Oversee the integration of new inventory management technologies and systems
