Qualifications

Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of bankruptcy cases in accordance with federal laws and regulations.
Manage the distribution of estate assets to creditors.
Coordinate with trustees, debtors, and attorneys to ensure the efficient progression of bankruptcy proceedings.
Review and approve compensation requests for trustees and professionals involved in bankruptcy cases.
Monitor the performance of trustees to ensure adherence to legal and procedural requirements.
Provide guidance on the interpretation of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
Prepare and file required reports with the United States Trustee Program or appropriate courts.
Conduct and attend hearings related to the bankruptcy process.
Identify instances of fraud or misconduct and take appropriate action.
