Knowledge of legal requirements and best practices in investor relations and securities regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to identify potential investors and sources of capital.
Build and maintain relationships with high net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and investment firms.
Organize and present investment pitches and opportunities to potential investors.
Negotiate terms and conditions of investment deals and partnerships.
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and due diligence processes.
Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company's investment opportunities.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team to align fund-raising strategies with market conditions.
Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on fund-raising activities and results.
