Summary of the Role
As a Senior HR Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projects and analysis to support strategic human resources decisions. You will be the key player in leveraging data analytics to provide insights into workforce metrics, talent acquisition and retention, performance evaluations, and predictive modeling for HR policy-making.

Strong proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with big data technologies and SQL databases.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive data models and algorithms to analyze workforce data.
Collaborate with HR leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop custom analytics solutions.
Provide insights through advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Drive HR data strategy, including the establishment of data governance and quality standards.
Interpret complex HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that impact the organization's talent strategy.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management to inform HR policies and strategies.
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts within the HR team on best practices and advanced data analysis techniques.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in data science and apply them to HR-related issues.
