Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, planning, coordination, and management.
Knowledge of regulatory standards governing home health care services.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel to patient homes is required.
Responsibilities

Administer medication and monitor the patient's response to treatment regimens.

Manage and document patients' progress and any changes in their condition, updating care plans as needed.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the patient.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and clinical protocols.
