Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Property Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to attorneys by contributing to the legal process in matters of property law, including real estate transactions, lease agreements, and property disputes. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field.
Certification as a paralegal from an ABA-accredited program.
A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with a focus on property law.
Strong understanding of property law and experience handling real estate transactions.
Familiarity with legal document drafting, filing, and organization practices.
Knowledge of legal compliance in real estate and property matters.
Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of real estate documents.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on property law matters.
Manage and organize case files related to property disputes and transactions.
Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to obtain and exchange information.
Review, analyze, and summarize lease agreements and other property-related contracts.
Prepare and file property deeds, mortgage documents, and other legal instruments.
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Contribute to the development of real estate contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
