Summary of the Role
As a Senior IoT Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices and systems. Your role will involve working on the full hardware development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high quality and innovative solutions for our clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably with IoT products.
Strong understanding of electronics design principles and microcontroller-based systems.
Experience with PCB design software such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar.
Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC, RoHS, and WEEE.
Experience with wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, etc.).
Knowledge of certification processes for electronic products (FCC, CE, UL, etc.).
Proven track record of successful project management and product delivery.
Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, integration, and testing of IoT hardware solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Research and integrate new technologies and components to enhance product performance and functionality.
Develop hardware specification documents and maintain hardware design files.
Guide the prototyping process, and oversee product testing and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IoT devices.
Mentor junior hardware developers and share knowledge within the team.
Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing partners to scale production of IoT devices.
Conduct regular hardware performance analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the complete hardware product lifecycle, from concept to EOL (end-of-life).
