Summary of the Role
As a Senior Asset Allocator, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of a portfolio's assets to meet specific investment goals and risk tolerance. This role involves strategic and tactical decision-making, diversification and re-balancing of assets, and keeping up with the dynamics of different markets to optimize investment returns.
Required Skills
Expertise in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar).
Proficiency in risk management software and portfolio management systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, CAIA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset allocation or investment management.
Strong knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
Proven track record of developing and executing asset allocation strategies.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, portfolio construction, and risk management.
Strong regulatory knowledge, especially in relation to investment and portfolio management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement asset allocation strategies in line with the investment policy.
Analyze market trends, economic data, and investment research to inform asset allocation decisions.
Monitor the performance of allocated assets and rebalance portfolios as necessary to maintain desired asset mix.
Collaborate with investment managers, analysts, and financial advisors to enhance investment strategies.
Evaluate and recommend new investment opportunities and asset classes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment guidelines.
Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders regarding asset allocation positioning and performance.
Coach and mentor junior team members in asset allocation techniques and market analysis.
