Summary of the Role
The Climate Change Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs and resources about climate change, sustainability, and environmental stewardship to a variety of audiences. As a senior member of our team, the educator will take on leadership roles in curriculum development, program management, and community engagement initiatives.

Experience working with diverse communities and building inclusive programs.
Responsibilities
Develop innovative educational materials and programs on climate change and sustainability for diverse audiences.
Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions on environmental education.
Collaborate with local schools, nonprofits, and community groups to enhance climate literacy.
Design and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of educational programs.
Stay up-to-date on scientific research and policy developments related to climate change.
Advocate for environmental education through public speaking and community outreach.
Mentor junior educators and volunteers within the organization.
Participate in grant writing and fundraising activities to support educational programming.
