Experience with accreditation processes and academic policy development.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data-driven decision-making for institutional advancement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and vision for the academic affairs division, ensuring excellence in program development, academic standards, and institutional accreditation.
Collaborate with faculty to promote a culture of high-quality teaching, research, and professional development.
Develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to faculty recruitment, retention, promotion, and tenure.
Oversee the development and maintenance of academic curricula that meet the needs of a diverse student body.
Coordinate with other administrative departments to enhance the overall student learning experience.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and seek additional funding opportunities to support academic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regional and national accreditation standards and requirements.
Act as a representative of the institution in academic consortiums, advisory boards, and other external organizations.
