Summary of the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal matters. You will work on a variety of cases including civil litigation, commercial disputes, and potentially some criminal cases. You should have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member of a state bar association.
2-5 years of litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials and work history.
Federal or state court experience is a plus.
Experience in drafting motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
Advocate for the client's interests by presenting evidence in legal proceedings.
Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.
Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
