Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with HR to develop recruitment practices that attract a diverse workforce.
Coordinate and facilitate diversity and inclusion training and educational programs.
Support the monitoring and reporting of diversity metrics and progress towards inclusion goals.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
