Current first aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs tailored to the athletes' individual needs.
Analyze athletes' performances and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure training sessions are appropriately scheduled and managed.
Prepare athletes for competitions and provide on-site coaching during events.
Work closely with other coaching staff and specialists to optimize training plans.
Monitor and address the physical and mental well-being of athletes.
Keep abreast of the latest high jump techniques and training methodologies.
Build a positive team environment and culture.
Guide athletes in goal setting and long-term athletic development.
Maintain equipment and ensure facilities meet safety standards.
