Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the entire account management process, from onboarding to renewal, for our most important accounts.
Coordinate with various departments to address client needs effectively and to ensure timely delivery of our services or products.
Develop targeted strategies to retain and expand client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor account performance metrics and conduct strategic account reviews regularly to guarantee client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients and adjust account strategies accordingly.
Lead internal cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery to key accounts.
Resolve complex client issues and complaints to maintain a high level of service and support.
Prepare and deliver detailed and persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
