Summary of the Role
As an intermediate Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and developing players at a competitive level. Your role will focus on enhancing player technique, tactical knowledge, and physical fitness, while also fostering a positive environment that encourages sportsmanship and personal development.

Relevant coaching certification (e.g., USPTA or PTR).
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful training programs.
Strong knowledge of tennis strategies, rules, and regulations.
Experience working with players of different ages and skill levels is preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
Design and implement training programs to improve player performance.
Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback.
Organize and run drills and practice sessions to enhance players' skills.
Strategically prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
Ensure the safety of players during practice and games.
Maintain and enforce rules and regulations of the tennis facility.
Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and industry trends.
Develop strong relationships with players and their families to encourage continued development and participation in the program.
