Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for coastal hazard mitigation and climate change adaptation.
Conduct complex hydrodynamic and morphological modeling to inform design decisions and risk assessments.
Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and promote sustainable engineering solutions.
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and the public on project impacts and outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in coastal engineering and related disciplines through continued education and professional development.
