Summary of the Role
As a Junior Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for estimating the value of properties for a variety of purposes, including sales, investment, property development, insurance, and loan underwriting. Under the guidance of a senior appraiser, you will work with clients and use a range of data sources to provide accurate and reliable property valuations.

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess condition and gather data for valuation.
Research recent comparable sales, rental data, and current market trends.
Prepare and maintain current data on each real estate property.
Assist in preparing detailed reports on property values, including comparative market analyses.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure accurate property assessments.
Adhere to all legal standards and regulations regarding real estate appraisal.
