Summary of the Role
As an intermediate Strength Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes and clients to improve their performance and overall health. This role involves working closely with individuals to assess their physical capabilities and tailor the conditioning programs accordingly.
Required Skills
Proficient in strength training techniques and exercise programming.

Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Skilled in using technology to track and analyze training data.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning association (e.g., NSCA CSCS, NASM, etc.).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a strength coach or similar role.
Experience with a variety of populations, including youth, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes.
Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and nutritional principles.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs based on clients' goals and needs.
Conduct assessments to determine athlete/client fitness levels and monitor progress.
Provide coaching and motivation to clients throughout their strength training journey.
Ensure the safety and proper technique of all exercises performed by clients.
Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and healthcare professionals to optimize client performance and recovery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest strength training methodologies and best practices.
Lead group training sessions and workshops to educate clients on health and fitness.
Manage records and track the progress of individual clients or athletes.
