Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of junior and intermediate materials inspectors.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards.
Conduct detailed inspections of materials and products at various stages of production.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials.
Analyze inspection results, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present inspection and test reports to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Manage calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
Provide guidance and input on materials' quality for new product development.
Lead root cause analysis for material defects and implement corrective actions.
