Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Develop and implement effective systems for the integration of workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to optimize product quality and output.
Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and improve efficiencies.
Coordinate with other engineers, management, and staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of processes and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Assist in capital investment and cost analysis to determine feasibility of projects.
