Summary of the Role
The Pharmaceutical Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all activities within the organization comply with regulatory laws and standards pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry. They oversee compliance programs, conduct audits, identify risks, and develop policies and procedures to promote ethical practices and mitigate compliance-related issues.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards, such as FDA regulations, GMP, and HIPAA.
Experience with compliance audits and risk assessments.
Proven ability to develop and oversee compliance programs.
Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC) or similar credentials is highly advantageous.
