Summary of the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sensory Evaluation Expert to lead our product quality assessment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sensory science, with extensive experience in designing and conducting sensory evaluations, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive product development and innovation.

Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and experience with sensory analysis software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement sensory evaluation protocols for a wide range of products.
Lead and manage sensory panels to evaluate the taste, smell, texture, and appearance of products.
Interpret and analyze sensory data using statistical methods to inform product development decisions.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and quality assurance teams to integrate sensory findings into broader product strategies.
Train and develop the sensory panel members to ensure consistent and accurate assessments.
