Qualifications

Proven track record of implementing successful quality management systems and achieving compliance
Experience preparing for and leading audits
Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of quality management policies and procedures
Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system, suggesting improvements as necessary
Conduct or oversee internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure continual compliance
Lead and train staff on quality management principles and practices
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities identified during audits
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on matters related to quality management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations
