Create and manage spa services menu and ensure all treatments meet quality standards.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Monitor spa's financial performance, set budget, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Stay up-to-date with trends in the spa industry and introduce new products or services.
Coordinate with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
