As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in managing the HR functions and initiatives of the organization. You will be responsible for developing policies, directing and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional manner.
