Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee the management of multiple store locations within the district.
Develop and execute strategic district-level plans to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
Ensure all stores are in compliance with company policies and standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
Monitor store performance, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve results.
Hire, train, and develop store managers and staff to create a high-performing team.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, customer service, and staff performance.
Collaborate with other district managers and the corporate team to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives.
Manage budget and P&L for the district, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed goals through effective motivation and recognition.
