Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a streaming/digital media environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital platforms and/or streaming services.
In-depth knowledge of content licensing and distribution agreements.
Experience with digital rights management (DRM) and content protection technologies.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with the technological aspects of streaming services, including CDN, transcoding, and video player technologies.
Responsibilities

Supervise financial aspects of the platform, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Implement best practices for user experience and interface across all device platforms.
Foster partnerships with device manufacturers, content creators, and distributors to expand platform reach and capabilities.
Lead marketing initiatives to increase subscriber base and brand loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding streaming media.
Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve department objectives.
