As a High Voltage Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment. Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in power distribution systems.
Collaborate with other technical staff to coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety rules and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and following proper lockout/tagout procedures.
Conduct high-voltage switching operations in accordance with operational procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and any incidents that occur.
Provide guidance and training to junior electricians and apprentices.
