Experience with brewing systems and equipment, ideally on a commercial scale.
Understanding of quality assurance and control methods used within the beverage industry.
Familiarity with industry regulations and ability to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
Supervise all brewing operations including milling, mashing, fermentation, conditioning, filtering, and packaging.
Maintain the highest quality standards for all brewery products, implementing quality control and assurance practices.
Collaborate with the R&D department to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of brewing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficiency metrics.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
Lead and develop a team of brewers and support staff, providing training and professional development opportunities.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve brewing processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and coordinate with external agencies as required.
