Summary of the Role
As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that address customer needs while aligning with the company's vision. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team understands the priorities. Your deep understanding of the market and the customers, along with your extensive experience in product management, will be critical in driving the success of the product.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a product-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Responsibilities
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on the most impactful items.
Work closely with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and feedback, and communicate the roadmap and product updates.
Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of what they are developing and why, to maximize the value of their work.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
Lead sprint planning meetings and collaborate with the Scrum Master to address any impediments to the team's progress.
Monitor product performance and customer usage patterns to inform product enhancements.
Act as a primary liaison between the business and technical teams.
Evaluate market competition and position the product in a way that leverages its unique values and features.
