Responsibilities

Manage the school budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated and used in accordance with school priorities and financial guidelines.
Hire, train, and evaluate school staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community members, promoting a culture of inclusiveness and respect.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient learning environment for all students.
Monitor and report on student achievement, and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
Represent the school at district meetings, public events, and other networking opportunities.
