Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the establishment.
Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about the establishment to inquirers.
Resolve guest issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions.
Assist in coordinating the cleaning and maintenance schedule with housekeeping staff.
Handle cash drawers and financial transactions with integrity and accuracy.
Provide guests with directions, local attractions information, and other services as requested.
