Summary of the Role
The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide insights that guide marketing strategies. As a junior-level position, the candidate is expected to support the analytics team with data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
Stay abreast of industry changes and trends in marketing analytics and tools.
Work closely with the marketing team to align analytics with business goals.
Support the management and validation of large datasets to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data and analytics needs.
