Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with project management and implementing software solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and best practices to clients for optimizing the use of our product in their environment.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal personnel.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product features, benefits, and best use cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues customers may face during product setup and operation.
Prepare and maintain documentation on product use and best practices for users.
