Summary of the Role
Looking for an experienced Senior CrossFit Coach to lead and develop our CrossFit programs, train members, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of workouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CrossFit methodologies, coaching, and a passion for fostering a community of fitness enthusiasts.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all levels.
Knowledge of nutrition and exercise physiology.
Proficient in using CrossFit software and tools for scheduling and tracking progress.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) or higher.
Minimum of 5 years of experience coaching CrossFit at a recognized affiliate.
Experience in program design and athlete development.
Proven track record of leading successful CrossFit classes and training athletes.
CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Responsibilities
Design and implement CrossFit programs suitable for all levels of fitness.
Lead CrossFit classes and provide individual coaching, ensuring proper technique and safety.
Conduct fitness assessments and provide feedback to members on progress.
Stay updated on the latest CrossFit trends and integrate new ideas into training programs.
Develop and maintain a strong community culture within the gym.
Manage and mentor junior coaches and support staff.
Oversee the maintenance and procurement of gym equipment.
