The Production Planning Analyst is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and optimizing the production scheduling and manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and on time, while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other production planning software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
Assess current production performance, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions for improvement.
Work with different departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Prepare production reports and analyze them to understand trends and make recommendations for future planning.
Use statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
