Summary of the Role
As a Senior Youth Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing the athletic, personal, and social skills of young individuals through sports and activities. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading programs that foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth to learn and grow.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching youth in a specific sport or multiple sports.
Relevant coaching certification(s) from a recognized sporting body.
Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse group of young athletes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training programs that are age-appropriate and designed to enhance the skills and performance of young athletes.
Lead and mentor a team of junior coaches, providing them with guidance and support.
Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and parents to maximize the impact of youth programs.
Evaluate and assess the progress of individual participants and provide constructive feedback.
Organize and participate in sports events, competitions, and showcases that afford youth the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and progress.
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among participants.
