Responsibilities
Greet all guests promptly at scheduled tour times
Outline the tour and inform guests of the itinerary
Lead groups through designated paths or areas
Deliver commentary and information through various forms such as narrative scripts or spontaneous dialogue
Engage with the tour group to make them feel included and maintain their interest
Ensure the safety of the group at all times
Answer any questions that the guests have in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors as needed
Handle any emergencies that arise in accordance with guidelines and protocols
