Responsibilities
Design and conduct experiments, while documenting process and results
Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties
Develop new products, processes, or formulas, working closely with cross-functional teams
Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when necessary
Prepare technical reports, research papers, and recommendations based upon research outcomes
Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to conduct research in support of industrial and scientific advancements
