Summary of the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Senior Order Fulfillment Associate to oversee the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. They will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner, while also maintaining inventory accuracy and managing fulfillment staff.

Responsibilities
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.
Ensure the accuracy and timely fulfillment of all orders.
Supervise and train fulfillment staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize the fulfillment process.
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Implement continuous improvement strategies in the fulfillment operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
