Summary of the Role
As the Athletic Director, you will oversee the athletic programs of schools and colleges, including managing budgets, hiring coaches, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in athletics, fostering student development, and maintaining athletic facilities.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in athletic administration or coaching.
Proven track record of managing budgets and personnel.
Experience in fundraising and development activities.
In-depth knowledge of NCAA, NAIA, or relevant high school athletic association regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the athletic department's budget to ensure financial sustainability.
Hire, supervise, and evaluate coaches and athletic department staff.
Ensure compliance with all governing bodies, including NCAA, NAIA, or high school athletic associations.
Coordinate scheduling of games, practices, and facility use for all athletic teams.
Lead fundraising initiatives and cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors.
Promote academic success and compliance among student-athletes.
Maintain and enhance athletic facilities and equipment.
Represent the athletic department in administrative matters within the educational institution.
