Summary of the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will directly assist the General Manager in all aspects of management including operations, customer service, financials, and employee development.

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar executive role.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.).
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Write and submit reports to the General Manager in all matters of importance.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.).
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
