Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy regulations and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy management objectives with business operations.
Lead energy audits and assessments to evaluate the performance of buildings and systems.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff awareness and knowledge on energy conservation.
Coordinate with external vendors, utility companies, and other stakeholders in the implementation of energy projects.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate energy performance metrics to senior management.
Manage budget and resources allocated for energy management initiatives.
