An ideal candidate is one with a solid understanding of molecular biology and diagnostic technologies, coupled with a strong track record in sales within the healthcare or biotechnology sector.

Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostic techniques and products.
Ability to travel frequently as per territory requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including laboratory managers, researchers, and clinicians.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of molecular diagnostic products.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends, and provide feedback to management and product development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry conferences, workshops, and events to network and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in molecular diagnostics.
Manage accounts and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
