Familiarity with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
Responsibilities
Oversee land development projects, ensuring projects meet environmental, utility, and zoning standards.
Perform and supervise the preparation of civil engineering design and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Manage the project budget and timeline and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
Evaluate and analyze site conditions and constraints for developments.
Provide technical guidance during construction phases and resolve design-related issues that arise on site.
Contribute to business development, including proposal writing and client presentations.
