The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that products meet all necessary standards before they reach the consumer. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience as a Quality Control Supervisor or similar managerial role.
Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
Experience with quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the quality control department and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage and mentor a team of quality control inspectors.
Develop and implement quality control systems to effectively monitor product standards.
Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality throughout the production process.
Audit internal processes and perform supplier quality audits.
Investigate customer complaints related to quality and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare and present quality reports to upper management.
